No Oppression Org.NOO — Lebanon

Our services

Support that walks with the person, every step

From paying bail for a detainee who cannot afford it, to full stability after release — an integrated chain of services covering freedom, rehabilitation, training, health, shelter and family.

01

Bail & legal assistance

Many remain behind bars for one reason only: they cannot afford the price of their freedom. The organization pays bail and release bonds for detainees without financial means — and has restored freedom to people who could never have walked out without it — alongside legal follow-up for everyone touched by oppression.

  • Paying bail and release bonds for detainees without means
  • Legal follow-up on cases of oppression, in coordination with lawyers
  • Standing with the oppressed, whatever form the oppression takes
02

Reintegration & job placement

Reintegration is the heart of our work: social and psychological accompaniment after release, mediation with employers, and individual follow-up until stability. We work so that every released person finds a job to live from — and a society that does not turn its back.

  • Individual social and psychological accompaniment after release
  • Mediation with employers and follow-up on placements
  • Matching beneficiaries with our training courses based on labour-market needs
03

Juvenile care

A young person who stumbles once must not be reduced to their mistake. We follow juveniles during and after detention, in coordination with family and school, to bring them back to the classroom or into vocational training suited to their age.

  • Individual educational and social follow-up
  • Working with family and school on re-enrolment
  • Activities that keep juveniles away from environments of risk
04

Vocational & language training

We run vocational and language training courses designed around beneficiaries' abilities and the needs of the labour market — because a skill is the shortest road from the margins to a dignified life.

  • Practical short and medium-term vocational training
  • Language courses for beginners and advanced learners
  • Participation certificates that strengthen job applications
05

Digital & language literacy

Illiteracy today is not only about reading and writing — it is about using a computer, a smartphone and the internet. Our language and digital literacy programs equip beneficiaries to handle daily paperwork, search for work and stay connected to the world.

  • Adult literacy in reading and writing
  • Computer training and essential digital skills
  • Guidance in using everyday electronic services
06

Health lectures & awareness

We organize regular health lectures delivered by specialists, covering prevention, personal hygiene and mental health — because health is the first condition of any new beginning.

  • Regular lectures with doctors and specialists
  • Awareness on personal hygiene and disease prevention
  • Referral to health providers when needed
07

Mother & child care

A prisoner's family pays a price it never owed. We surround mothers and children with health, social and school activities, and support children in keeping up at school — so the young do not inherit the isolation of the old.

  • Health and social follow-up for mother and child
  • School support and follow-up on children's education
  • Social activities that break the family's isolation
08

Shelter & social support

Many walk out of prison straight onto the street. We work to secure safe transitional shelter, with social support that accompanies each beneficiary until they stand on their feet again.

  • Safe transitional shelter after release
  • Essential social assistance
  • An individual exit plan toward lasting housing and stability
